I-I love everything about this chapter. It's like Angel Densetsu but more homoerotic. It's as if...there's a filter in the average brain that says "even in a story, this is too insane to happen", but Himaruyan's brain somehow doesn't have one. This is far from being a bad thing.
Also: Noto is so moe that I died.
Translation comment: I'm not exactly a Japanese master, but I think the last panel might be something closer to "to think that even a normal person could go down that road...maybe this is Kitakō's fault..."
